Kundalini and Cacao at the Cabin

Join us for a rejuvenating half-day retreat on January 27th at the peaceful Stitch and Stone Cabin.

Experience a heart-opening cacao circle with Onkar, where we will set powerful intentions for the year ahead. This will be followed by a transformative session of Kundalini yoga, dance, and meditation to awaken your energy. Afterward, we’ll take a mindful nature walk and indulge in the creative practice of dream journaling. We’ll close the retreat with a nourishing lunch, allowing space to relax and connect with others.
